My Services

I provide talk therapy to individual adults age 20 to 60 years old, through video counseling only on weekdays. I do not work with couples, minors, or provide case management  services. To maintain healthy boundaries so that I can bring my best self to my work, I provide services only through scheduled therapy sessions and do not provide 24/7 contact or crisis services. 

When I have availability for new clients, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for first-time clients to discuss your current concerns, explore what working together will be like and to answer any questions you may have, so that we each may get a sense of whether or not I may be a good fit for you. At your first appointment the focus will be on getting a fuller picture of your life to get to know you better, exploring how you would like to benefit from counseling, and discussing ways to work together on your goals. 

I draw from various theories and techniques, and tailor my approach to meet your needs. This may include primarily listening and reflecting with you as you explore conflicting feelings and desires to find your own way forward, or taking a more active approach of providing feedback and teaching you skills that you can practice between sessions to support you in making the changes you desire. I am a collaborative therapist, meaning I see you as the expert on your life, and our work together as a partnership. I always welcome your feedback about what is or is not working for you in therapy so that we can make our time together beneficial for you. 

Scheduling and Insurance

I am in-network with Premera Blue Cross, First Choice, Regence Blue Shield, United, Cigna, Aetna and Kaiser Permanente.

When I do, I offer a 15-minute consultation call to get a sense of whether or not I may be a good fit for your needs. Please note, I see clients from Tuesday-Friday only, and I currently do not have any evening availability. If I am not available or not a good fit for you, other ways to find a provider include:
